Saved buildings and the shortlist
Hearts on buildings are stored in this browser under “hs-saved-buildings”. Hearts on residences use “hs-saved-homes”. Neither creates an account.
Introduction requests
A request is saved on this device under “hs-inquiries”, then opened as a draft to hello@hellosunshine.info. The site does not run a mail server. Sending the draft is what reaches the desk. Sending it does not create a subscription.
Planning numbers
Price, rate, tax, HOA, and insurance stay in the page while you are on it. They are not saved and they are not a loan offer. Loading a street map asks OpenStreetMap to draw that block. That service sees the request, including your connection.
Guides
A guide is the studio’s working figure for an introduction. It is not an asking price until the desk confirms it in writing. Building facts are summaries of public sources. If a source and this page disagree, the source governs.
Photographs
Images are Creative Commons works, credited to their authors. Cards may crop them. The light study changes color only; it does not alter the underlying file. License links sit on each building page.
Independence
Hello Sunshine Chicago is an independent estate studio. It is not affiliated with Hello Sunshine, the media company, or with the architects and institutions linked as sources. A guide is not an offer. Any offer is written with a licensed Illinois brokerage named in the desk’s reply.
