Private introductionsTwelve residences, written replies

Our point of view

A book, a building, a written reply.

Hello Sunshine is a Chicago estate studio. The book holds twelve residences. The collection holds the six buildings they sit in. A guide is the studio’s working figure. It becomes an offer only when the desk confirms it in writing.

Find it in the book

Every residence shows bedrooms, baths, interior area, exposure, a guide, and a status: Introduction, Held, or Spoken for. Filter by neighborhood, rooms, or guide. The map is the same six addresses, not a scraped market.

Read the building before the rooms

Architect, year, light, and the walk outside the door stay on the building page. A tower on Lake Shore Drive and a tower on the river are not the same kind of Chicago day. Facts point to the architect, Wikipedia, or the Chicago Architecture Center.

Money, said in advance

The studio does not charge a buyer fee for an introduction, and it does not hold client funds. Any offer is written with a licensed Illinois brokerage, named in the desk’s reply, before anyone signs. A guide on this site is not that offer.

The founder

Mariana Jackson is President of Hello Sunshine. Her father, Booker Jackson, was the site owner, and the studio page says so by name. Hello Sunshine Chicago is not affiliated with Hello Sunshine, the media company, or with the architects linked as sources.
