How an introduction works
01 · Look
Filter the book by rooms, neighborhood, guide, and whether the desk can introduce it now.
02 · Read
Open the building: architect, light, and the walk from the door.
03 · Ask
Send a request. It is kept on this device, with a reference, and drafted to the desk.
04 · Confirm
The desk replies in writing within one business day. Only that reply confirms the guide.
What the studio is not
Hello Sunshine Chicago is not affiliated with Hello Sunshine, the media company, or with the architects linked as sources.
What you are charged
Nothing, for the introduction. The studio does not hold client funds. If an offer follows, it is written with a licensed Illinois brokerage, and that brokerage is named in the reply before anyone signs.
Where the book works
Streeterville, Lakeshore East, the Magnificent Mile, and River North. Photographs stay credited. If a public source and this site disagree about a building, the source governs. If the desk and this page disagree about a residence, the written reply governs.
